I’m Valeria Mallett, Registered & Licensed Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I love food (and some wine), science, innovation, and humans. My favorite food? All. I don’t discriminate. Well, I am not crazy about cilantro. Do you like cilantro?
